摘要

很多文獻顯示，carboplatin治療婦科癌症（包括卵巢癌瘤、輸卵管癌、子宮內膜癌）都有不錯的效果。其對子宮頸癌骨盆腔病灶之控制，無論是單獨使用、或與paclitaxel或docetaxel合併使用、或做化學放射線同步使用，亦皆十分有效。但目前用在治療子宮頸癌各報告之設計、用藥方法和劑量，都不盡相同，仍需更多大規模試驗才能確定其標準的使用方法和效果。

Clinical studies have suggested that carboplatin is associated with response rates in the treatment of gynecologic malignancies including cervical cancer similar to cisplatin. In recent reports concurrent chemoradiation with carboplatin alone or in combination with paclitaxel or docetaxel is effective to achieve an excellent pelvic control of the cervical cancer. However, because the included studies had different designs and regimens, the optimal dose, timing and method of administration are still unclear. A future clinical trial will be necessary to test the clinical efficacy of carboplatin in addition to other agents in uterine cervical cancer patients.
