摘要

晚期卵巢癌患者，都是先進行減積手術後，再以paclitaxel和carboplatin化學治療，雖然開始時有效率很高，但大多數仍會復發，因此仍需尋求有效的第二線藥物。本文討論以oxaliplatin治療復發性卵巢癌的效果。

Patients presenting with advanced ovarian cancer have high response rate if debulking surgery is followed by carboplatin and paclitaxel combination chemotherapy. The majority of these patients, even those initially achieving a complete response, will develop recurrent ovarian cancer and will need some from of salvage chemotherapy. The review will focus on the role of oxaliplatin alone or in combination with other active second-line drugs for recurrent ovarian cnacer.
