摘要
卵巢成年型顆粒細胞瘤是一個非常少見的婦科腫瘤。我們在此報告一個77歲的婦女，在11年前因為子宮肌瘤開全子宮和兩側輸卵管卵巢切除,意外發現左側卵巢長有成年型顆粒細胞瘤，離開刀後5年，患者因為急性腹痛被轉到本院求診，經緊急剖腹探查，發現是成年型顆粒細胞瘤再復發，於是在本院接受第2次手術的切除，術後並無化療給予。一年後，又因為成年型顆粒細胞瘤的再度復發，目前陸續接受長期低劑量（約一至兩個月一次）的化學治療。

Adult-type ovarian granulosa cell tumors (GCTs) are very rare neoplasms, which arise from the sex cord stromal cells of the ovaries. Since a natural history of GCTs is long, it suggests a relatively favorable prognosis of patients with GCTs. However, there is no doubt that some GCTs will recur, resulting the disease-related death. Herein, we presents a 77-year-old woman with a diagnosis of adult-type GCT who had a history of more than 10 years. She underwent surgical intervention twice, and still had disease. She was treated with low-dose metronomic chemotherapy and with stable disease status more than 5 years.
