鼻中膈的多型性腺瘤─病例報告
Pleomorphic Adenoma of Nasal Septum-Case Report
摘要
多型性腺瘤為良性的唾液腺腫瘤，常見於主唾液腺，其次為小唾液腺，亦有少部分出現於嘴唇、軟顎、硬顎。然而鼻中膈的多型性腺瘤則為非常罕見的案例。臨床症狀雖不明顯，但仍有程度不同的單側鼻塞、鼻水或者流鼻血等症狀。本文報告為1例61歲男性，於門診切片檢查為右側鼻中膈多型性腺瘤。經過右側內視鏡鼻中膈多形性腺瘤二氧化碳雷射切除手術併鼻黏膜骨膜瓣修復手術過後，傷口癒後良好，並無復發的症狀。本文分享此案例並討論鼻中膈的多型性腺瘤。

Pleomorphic adenoma is a benign salivary gland tumor that usually originates from a major or minor salivary gland; it rarely appears in the lips, soft palate, or hard palate. Pleomorphic adenoma of the nasal septum is rare. The clinical presentations of pleomorphic adenoma are nonspecific, but the symptoms include unilateral nasal obstruction, rhinorrhea, and epistaxis. We present the case of a 61-year-old man who received a diagnosis of right nasal septum pleomorphic adenoma. He was treated with CO_2 laser excision and septal mucoperiosteal flap repair. The patient recovered without any complications. The postoperative follow-up revealed no recurrence. This report provides insight into pleomorphic adenoma of the nasal septum.
