There are inscriptions left composed by Li BO and Li She two brothers on the precipice of the Mount Nanxi in Guilin. This paper confirmed that the stone inscriptions were carved in the Tang dynasty, preserve in primitive integrity. According to the textual research, a large number of characters recorded in Quan Tang Shi and Quan Tang Wen have been collated in the table of errata, also corrected their biography such as the native places and assumed names etc. in the Tang Shu and the generally accepted opinion. As concerns the handwriting, the author is supposed to be Han Fangming, one of the famous calligraphers in the mid Tang, he is considered a japanese Buddhist Konghai's master by Japanese scholars, however his calligraphy has not left any more and his deeds have been utterly unknown so far. This paper supplies a lot of data on the literature、calligraphy and the cultural relation between Japan-China during Tang era.
