1. In a family, the authors observed 5 glaucomatous cases out of 12 members, including the mother, her three daughters and an oldest son. 2. The age of the occurrence of glaucoma in these 5 cases were 20-11 years. No other constitutional abnormalities nor any complications in the family were revealed. 3. We can not confirm the hereditary type, for they are only two generations. 4. In these cases, except the absolute glaucoma, we got a satisfied result by Scheie's procedure.
