自家血液結膜下注射對眼化學藥品灼傷之治療効果
The Effect of the Subconjunctival Autohemotherapy on the Ocular Chemical Injury

Eight cases of ocular chemical burn treated with subconjunctival autohemotherapy are reported with a rather satisfac tory result. No symblepharon occurred in the course of the treatment. The advantages of subconjunctival autohemotherapy are: 1. Dilution of the concentration of the corrosive. 2. Antimicrobial and antitoxin effect 3. Formation of a blood cushion for protection of deeper tissue. 4. Nourishment of conjunctiva and cornea. 5. Prevention of symblepharon. This is a simple, safe, and effective method of treatment which accords with the general principle of treatment of ocular burn. It is really worthy of being widely used.
