A case of 4 year-old Chinese boy complainig of intractable, headache, blurring vision, occasional vomiting and general malaise was examined by the author. Bitemporal hemianopsia, both optic nerve atrophy and enlargement of the sella by x-ray suggested pituitary tumor. Operation done by neurosurgeon, succeded in extirpating a pituitary tumor. Optic nerve atrophy, diabetes insipidus and dwarfism were the sequlae. Pathological-histhology revealed craniopharyngioma.
