視野與青光眼第二篇 青光眼視神經盤與視野變化的關係
Visual Fields in Glaucoma Part 2: Relation between Glaucomatous Disk Cupping and Visual Field Defects
摘要
本篇研究72例132眼的視神經盤與視野變化的關係，其中包括10例20正常眼及62例112眼青光眼及高眼壓症病人。視神經盤的變化以凹陷兩眼不對稱，垂直楕圓型及凹陷向邊絲延伸較有意義；而C/D比例以垂直型較水平型為理想的判斷方法。

The paper studied the relationship between changes of optic disk and visual field. Twenty eyes of normals and 112 eyes of 62 glaucoma patients or ocular hypertensives were examined with stress on visual field (both kinetic and static) and disk cupping. The characteristic disc changes suggestive of glaucoma are asymmetry of disk cups, vertically oval cupping and cupping to the rim; hoizrontal C/D ratio hasn't much meaning in itself.
