人工水晶體裝置術100例之初步報告

摘要

結論：自民國六十八年七月至同年十月期間，施行人工水晶體裝置術共100例，其中包括七種完全不同型式的人工水晶體（亦屬十二種不同種類）。
手術後兩個月時，視力未經任何矯正而能超過0.1的佔全數的82.8%，視力經過矯正而能超過0.5則佔全部的76.6%。
併發症包括人工水晶體支架脫位、人工水晶體本體移位、瞳孔阻礙性青光眼、後發性瞳孔膜以及葡萄膜炎等。

There were a total of one hundred intraocular lens implantations performed during the period of four months, including seven different types (twelve styles). Two months postoperatively, the visual acuity without correction but better than 0.1 was found to be 82.8%. With correction the visual acuity better than 0.5 was found to be 76.6%. Complications associated with cataracts extraction and implantation in this study included loop displacement, lens dislocation, pupillary block glaucoma, secondary membrane and uveitis.
