視網膜剝離之超音波檢查
Ultrasonography of Retinal Detachments
摘要
超音波檢查對視網膜剝離之鑑定非常有用，尤其當屈光介質混濁時，其對臨床研判更為重要。以浸水式AB型超音波掃瞄檢查，將視網膜剝離之超音波影像分成四類：①無併發性視網膜剝離，②視網膜剝離伴有視網膜或視網膜下病理變化，③視網膜剝離伴有玻璃體碎屑，④視網膜剝離伴有玻璃體膜。各類型視網膜剝離之超音波圖形及其鑑別診斷在本文中介紹及討論。

Ultrasonography provides an useful method for detection and diagnosis of retinal detachments and simulating conditions. Using high resolution A-scan and B-scan ultrasonography, sonographic patterns of retinal detachment are classified into 4 groups: 1) uncomplicated retinal detachment, 2) retinal detachment associated with retinal or subretinal pathology, 3) retinal detachment associated with vitreous debris, 4) retinal detachment associated with vitreous membrane. Characteristic ultrasonographic patterns of retinal detachment in a variety of clinical conditions are demonstrated and their differential diagnosis are discussed.
