摘要
本文報告十六例真菌性角膜炎之檢查及治療結果。所用的葯為Amphotericin-B及Natamycin兩種。本報告中Fusarium為最常見的病原，治療上以Natamycin為首選。對表層角膜炎而言，兩種葯物都有很好的療效。深部的角膜炎，則需施用Amphotericin-B之結膜下注射。影響視力最大的因素是發病到開始治療的期間。

Sixteen cases of fungal keratitis were treated with Natamycin and Amphotericin-B. Both drugs gave good results in cases of superficial infection. In deep stromal lesions, subconjunctival injection of Amphotericin-B was indicated once the conditions did not improve after topical use of two drugs for two weeks. Fusarium was the most common cause of fungal keratitis in this report. Natamycin was the drug of choice for Fusarium keratitis although Amphotericin-B was found effective in two cases. The most important factor which affect the final vision was the interval between treatment and the onset of keratitis. Repeat scraping for smear and culture was essential to get positive laboratory dignosis.
