利用超音波儀測量青光眼之前房深度、晶體厚度、玻璃體長度及視軸長度,並研究其間之關係

Measurements of the Optical Components of the Glaucomatous Eyes by Ultrasonic Echography

摘要


利用超音波儀之A-scan測量正常人及開放性隅角青光眼、狹窄性隅角青光眼以及閉鎖性隅角青光眼患者之前房深度、晶體厚度、晶體相對位置及視軸長度。閉鎖性隅角青光眼之特徵為前房最淺,晶體厚度最厚,晶體相對位置向前推移且視軸最短,狹窄性隅角次之,而開放性隅角青光眼與正常人無異。因此可知解剖學上此種不調合的結構,乃促成引發閉鎖性隅角青光眼的主因。B-scan有助於隅角的判斷及其開放的程度,尤其對閉鎖性隅角,能提供準確的資料,且能作為選擇手術方法的依據。

The decreased anterior chamber depth, increased lens thickness, a relative forward position of the whole lens, shorter axial length in primary angle-closure glaucoma can be demonstrated by A-scan ultrasonography. Compared with normal eyes, those anomalies of faulty anatomic coordination contribute to cause the shallowing of anterior chamber in angle-closure glaucoma. It is helpful to classify the angle grading and. identify the characteristics of angle structure especially in angle closure pattern from B-scan ultrasonography.
