摘要

自1975年1月至1981年12月使用Roto-extractor和Ocutome共手術70名病人之80隻白內障患眼，包括先天性、外傷性、併發性及老年性之後發白內障。手術切口皆在角膜之輪部，手術時除將白內障摘除外並做前部玻璃體切除。手術後之視力：年幼不能測者9例，5/60以下者20例，6/60至6/12者15例，6/10以上者36例，以瞳孔部位之介質清晰度而言則所有病例皆達6/6以上。在觀察中本手術法未見有任何重大之術中或術後合併症。本法與其他白內障手術法之比較，以及其長處，亦在本文中討論。

Between January 1975 and December 1981, eighty cataracts of seventy patients were operated upon with rob-extractor or ocutome. These cataracts included congenital, traumatic, complicated and senile after cataracts. All the operations were done through the corneal incision and the anterior vitrectomy was also performed. The visual results were as follows: undetectable in 9 eyes, below 5/60 in 2oeyes, between 6/60 and 6)12 in 15 eyes, better than 6/10 in 36 eyes. The media clarity of the pupillary region was equal or better than 6/6 in all of the cases. There was no any serious complication caused by this surgical procedure during and after the operation. The advantages and superiority of this procedure are also discussed.
