眼瞼裂縮小症侯羣之手術矯治
Surgical Correction of Blepharophimosis Syndrome
摘要
眼瞼裂縮小症候羣為自體顯性遺傳之先天異常，包括瞼裂縮小、內訾贅皮內翻、上眼瞼下垂、瞼距過寬等四主要徵候及某些眼臉及淚器之異常。其手術治療，先以皮瓣移位法及內眥靭帶褶疊法矯治內眥贅皮內翻及瞼距過寬，或另加外眥成形術，增長臉裂。再以矽帶前額懸吊術矯治眼瞼下垂。本文報告六例此症患者，其手術矯治之方法及結果。

Blepharophimosis syndrome is an autosomal dominant hereditary anomaly, characterized by blepharophimosis, epicanthus inversus, blepharoptosis, telecanthus and some other eyelid and lacrimal system, anomalies. The authors have used the procedures of Mustardé rectangular-flap operation for correction of epicanthus inversus, medial canthal ligament tucking for shortening the telecanthus, and silicone sling procedure for correction of blepharoptosis. 6 cases have been treated with these procedures; the results are fairly satisfactory. A significant improvement in the patient's psychological attitude and social inter-relationship after the correction of these cosmetic anomalies are demonstrated.
