結合膜真菌叢之研究第2:抗真菌劑對結合膜真菌叢之生體外抑制效果

摘要


使用健常結膜真菌叢中較常見之Penicillium,Cladosporium,Mycelia,Aspergillus,Fusarium,Candida在生體外對Nystatin,Amphotericin-B,Pimaricin,Miconazole,5-Fluorocytosine之敏感性試驗。使用Modified cylinder cup method,決定其最小抑制濃度(MIC)。 Pimaricin對各種菌屬有廣泛抑制作用,Miconazole亦有良好抑制作用。Nystatin,Amphotericin-B對Candida抑制作用良好,但對Fusarium不良。5種藥物中5-Fluorocytosine之抑制作用較不良。

The sensitivities of antifungal agents such as nystatin, amphotericin-B, pimaricin, miconazole and 5-fiuorocytosine against penicillium, cladosporium, mycelia, curvularia, aspergillus, fusarium and candida were test in vitro. Buffered yeast morphology agar was used following the modified cylinder cup method for the determination of minimal inhibitory concentration. Nystain, amphotericin-B showed marked inhibition to candida, mycelia and curvularia, but poor inhibition to fusarium. Pimaricin showed marked inhibition to a wide range of fungi tested including fusarium. Miconazole also showed marked inhibition to most of the genera tested except fusarium. 5-fluorocytosine showed the least inhibition against the fungi tested among these antifungal agents undergoing evaluation.
