摘要

於早期血管增殖性青光眼之病患，其隅角血管增生的範圍少於全隅角之一半者，接受氬氣雷射隅角凝固法，80%病患的眼壓，維持於21mm Hg以下，且獲得良好視力的維持，同時緩解或阻止隅角血管的繼續增生。若隅角血管增生的範圍介於全隅角之一半及3/4者，只有46%的病患，維持正常的眼壓及阻止隅角血管的再生，惟隅角血管增生的範圍，多於全隅角之3/4，且存有周邊虹膜黏連者，隅角光凝固術則無多大療效。在視網膜血管栓塞或視網膜血管增生嚴重者或視網膜極度缺氧著，合併施行全視網膜凝固術與隅角凝固術為宜。

Goniophotocoagulatioh is of value in mild cases of neovascularization of the anterior chamber angle. Early detection and diagnosis of neovascularization of the angle is important. Early treatment with goniophotocoagulation not only can reduce the occurrence of severe neovascular glaucoma, but also can prevent the poor outcome of neovascular glaucoma. If progressive neovascularization of the angle fails to be stablized despite repeated treatments and high risk area of severe capillary dropout exists in the retina, combined use of panretinal photocoagulation is indicated.
