摘要

53 eyes undergoing radial Keratotomy were evaluated, using photokeratography and computer analysis. The dynamic changes of corneal curvature in central, mid peripheral, and peripheral, areas were presented. In central area, the changes of corneal curvature in group 1 (42D＜K＜44D) have the same corrected effects as in group 2 (K＞44D). In central area, the dynamic changes of corneal curvature were regular. The dynamic changes of corneal curvature became more and more irregular from center to periphery. The dynamic changes of corneal curvature might be influenced by variable factors.
