再發性翼狀贅片的黏膜移值治療法
Mucous Membrane Transplantation for Recurrent Pterygium
摘要
本篇報告利用口腔黏膜移植法治療24眼，21例再發性翼狀贅片。本法手術簡單，再發率在12%以下，術中，術後均無合併症，對於嚴重的再發性翼狀贅片甚有使用價值。

The advantages of mucous membrane transplantation technique in the treatmennt of recurrent pterygium include simplicity of the technique involved, the decrease of postoperative inflammation at the lesion site and the achievement of wide excision of the pterygium tissue. In our 24 eyes in 21 cases, we encountered no complications. During the follow-up period of 6 to 12 months, we had three eyes with recurrence (12%). From our clinical observations, we have found the mucous membrane transplantation to be one of the methods great value in the treatment of recurrent pterygium.
