真菌性角膜潰瘍於藥物治療無效後之眼前部再造術－1病例報告
Anterior Segment Reconstruction in Failure of Medical Treatment for Keratomycosis
摘要
眞菌性角膜潰瘍於藥物治療無效時，可行治療性角膜移植。本篇報告1例因Cephalosporium引起之角膜潰瘍，於藥物治療無效後，角腹穿孔，行結膜旋轉皮瓣術蓋住角膜亦無法控制病情，最後行全層角膜移植，水晶體吸除及前玻璃體吸除，而得以控制感染，保全眼球。

A case of Cephalosporium Keratomycosis who failed to respond to medical treatment presented a perforated cornea with active infection. Rotational conjunctival flap was performed but manifested poor effect. Anterior segment reconstruction included penetrating keratoplasty, lensectomy and anterior vitrectomy was performed. Elimination of infection had been achieved and the eyeball was preserved.
