Sturge-Weber症候羣之1例
A Case Report of Sturge-Weber Syndrom
摘要
本篇報告l病例，病人自小右側臉部存在焰色痣，分佈於整個三叉神經領域及瞼結膜，上鞏膜。並有同側先天性青光眼，視力障害，同側顱部X光攝影鈣化現象，腦電波圖異常及癲癇發作的病史，是Sturge-Weber症候羣典型之1例。

A 36-year-old male chinese patient with the characteristics of nevus flammeus in the right half of the face including lips, homolateral glaucoma, loss of visual acuity, intracranial gyriform calcification, history of epilepsy since childhood, vascular dilatation and totuosity of conjunctiva, episclera, retina were reported. This patient had no symptoms of mental retardation, contralateral hemiplegia, nor choroidal angioma. A general discussion on Sturge-Weber syndrom as made in this report.
