裝戴彩色隱形眼鏡對色覺正常的影響(二)ND-100色相檢查評估

The Effect of Color Contact Lenses Wearing on the Normal Color Sensation (Ⅱ) Evaluation with ND-100 Hue Test

摘要

For evaluating the effect on the color sensation when wearing color contact lenses, 20 persons with normal color sensation were examined with ND-100 hue test. All subjects showed a better color sensation as medium green and dark green color contact lenses were worn (p<0.01). On the contrary, dark ruby red color contact lenses wearing resulted in a pattern of deuteranomalia, as evidenced by a high transposition and scoring on the ND-100 hue test. ND-100 hue tests wearing color contact lenses in the present experiment demonstrated poor color sensation among short wavelength less than 450 nm, as noted by the protrusion at cap position between cap 76 and 100. The similar finding was also observed among control group. These findings could be attributed to the absorption of short wavelength of light not only by color contact lenses but also by aging human crystalline lens.
