急診眼球破傷的調查
Survey of Penetrating Injuries in Emergency Cases
摘要
長庾紀念醫院自民國70年1月至民國73年2月共三年二個月期間因眼球破傷到急診接受手術治療，其中男性共274例，女性共72例，男性年齡以20歲至30歲最多，女性年齡以10歲最多，致傷原因小孩以遊戲為最常見，大人以工作為最多，191眼經至少6個月追踪能恢復視力0.1以上達9 眼（佔50.7%），57眼不能恢復至0.1者，其中50眼傷及眼後部，7眼傷及眼前部，又35眼接受第二次手術達0.1以上有25眼（佔71.4%），其中17眼是在0.5以上（佔48.6%）。

346 cases of penetrating ocular injuries who visited CGMH emergency service from Jan. 1981 to Feb. 1984 are analysed. There were 274 males and 72 females with age range of 2 to 67 years. The peak incidence was the third decade in the former and the first decade in the latter. Most of the children's injuries were due to play (92.6%), while were 5 6.4% of the adults' due to work, 57 eyes (16.5%) had poor final V.A. (0.01). Posterior segment was involved in all but 7 cases. By second operation, 17 eyes (48.6%) obtained 0.5 final V.A. Prevention of eye injuries to children and industrial and traffic security were recommended.
