摘要
本篇報告10例14眼眼部散彈槍傷的病例，除一例鞏膜裂傷最後證實子彈並未穿入眼球中，尚能保存視力零點九外，其餘均未能保存可用視力。主要的併發症包括外傷性白內障、青光眼、玻璃體纖維化、視網膜剝離及眼球萎縮等。

We report fourteen eyes in 10 cases injuried by scattered gunshot (including birdshot and pen gun). Useful vision could not be preserved in most of the cases, except one case that was suffered from scleral laceration without pellet penetrated into the eye. Complications included traumatic cataract, glaucoma, vitrous fibrosis, retinal detachment and phthisis bulbi, ect.
