晶狀體內眼內異物之一例
A Case of an Intralenticular Irony Foreign Body
摘要
一位34歲，男性水泥工人，於民國六十八年元月十五日，上午十時左右，當他正在搥打水泥牆壁時，有一塊鐵片，突經右眼角膜，穿入晶狀體，停留於上皮及接近核部的地方。異物周圍還沒有形成很明顯的白內障。經裂隙燈照像處理後，接受實施異物摘出的手術，並沒有白內障的產生。當時，手術前、手術後的視力，也沒有很明顯的差別。手術後經過六年多的定期追踪檢查，並沒有白內障的增加。

An intralenticular irony foreign body had been retained in the left eye less than 48 hours before the extraction operation. I did not think there were any possibility of the siderosis, so I omitted such examination as the function of the retina and outflow rate of the anterior chamber fluid. His vision has remained in the same good condition, during the time between the recovery and the six years follow-up.
