This report presents one case of Rieger's syndrome associated with glaucoma. The salient ocular features resulting from anterior segment dysgenesis included a mild degree of anterior iris stroma hypoplasia, a prominent Schwalbe's ring, and numerous iris processes that inserted into the ring of Schwalbe. The characteristic physiognomy was maxillary hypoplasia, hypertelorism, and a protruding lower lip. Later, glaucoma and dental anomalies were also presented. In this case, glaucoma was relieved by a topical antiglaucoma agent (0.25% Timolol maleate). A monthly routine follow-up showed excellent success in intraocular pressure control.
