摘要

民國67年中，本院開始使用Amphotericin-B葡萄糖溶液點眼治療真菌性角膜炎，其濃度分別為0.5%、0.25%及0.1%三種。使用期間觀察病情之變化並記錄病人之狀況。我們發現低濃度之點眼液使用期間病人較少有燒灼感、異物感及疼痛感、結膜充血及藥物引起之表在性角膜炎亦較輕微。
民國71年下半年，我們將濃度降為0.05%，並儘量減少使用之頻數，其治療效果不遜於0.1%濃度者，而且局部毒性反應更少。

Amphotericin-B is an antifungal agent with high toxicity. It has been used in keratomycosis for many years. Most patients complain of burning sensation, pain, and congestion during therapy.
We reduced the concentration of amphotericin-B from 0.1% to 0.05% in 1982. The results of treat ment of keratomycosis in these two groups were almost the same. How ever the complications of amphotericin-B greatly reduced in the patients receiving 0.05% amphotericin-B.
