角膜柵狀失養症－病例報告
Corneal Lattice Dystrophy-A Case Report
摘要
本文報告一位五十四歲男性病患，兩眼反覆性角膜上皮糜爛，角膜基質呈現柵狀形浸潤性混濁合併漸進性視力不良，一眼接受角膜全層移植，病理組織顯示角膜基質纖維呈現澱紛樣變性，證實為一罕見之角膜柵狀失養症。

A 54-year-old male experienced bilateral recurrent epithelial erosion, pain, photophobia and progressive loss of vision for 20 years. He underwent penetrating keratoplasty of left eye. A histopathological examination of the excised host cornea disclosed eosinophilic deposits in the stroma which stained positively with Congored, PAS and Homatoxylin-Eosin and proved to be a case of corneal lattice dystrophy. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of corneal lattice dystrophy in Taiwan.
