摘要
週期性內斜視(Cyclic esotropia)相當罕見，斜視的出現及消失均有一定週期，如不治療則變成持續性斜視。本病例報告一位四歲男孩，右眼週期性出現六十至七十稜鏡屈光度之內斜視，經手術治療後兩眼維持正位，且有融像功能。

A 4-year-old boy with 72-hour cycle esotropia of right eye is presented. On the day he was squinting, the ocular deviation was large (up to 60-70 prism diopter) and was associated with poor binocular function. On day he was not squinting, there was no ocular deviation, and the binocular function and fusion were all normal. Amblyopia was absent. There was no previous history of strabismus, ocular surgery, or trauma. Recession of MRM 6 mm and resection of LRM 8 mm were performed. The result was good.
