摘要


增殖性玻璃體視網膜病變(以下簡稱PVR)常伴隨眼屈光介質混濁,超音波為最佳診斷方法。本文收集介質混濁經超音波診斷為PVR之病例43例及12例經眼底鏡診斷為PVR再以超音波掃描以為對照;觀察不同程度所見之超音波圖變化,並探討quantitative echography,M-scan及初期變化之診斷。

55 cases of proliferative vitreoretinopathy were studied using A, B, and M mode ultrasonography. Among them the media was clear in 12 cases with known clinical grading. The opaque media group was studied using informations obtained from the clear media group. Ultrasonographic characteristics of PVR include retinal wrinkling, high retinal reflectivity, retinal folding, decreased motility of retina, thickened and shrunken retina, bending of the retina near equator, bridging membrane formation, triangular configuration, and T-configuration. The significance of early signs are stressed. The usefulness of the M-mode in recording aftermovements of the retina and quantitative echography in detecting retinal reflectivity are mentioned. Prognostic implications of various findings are also discussed.
