摘要
外胚層異常症，依照臨床表徵及遺傳特性，可分成無汗型與出汗型兩大類。在國內，有許多病例被發現，但臨床特徵多著重於皮膚方面，眼睛方面除了睫毛稀少之外，未見其他發現；我們所提出的五個案例，合併有角膜，晶體或網膜之病變，因此特別提出加以討論。

Ectodermal dysplasia appears in two froms, hidrotic and anhidrotic, according to clinical features and hereditary characteristics. Many cases have been reported in opthalmology and in other fields, but ocular finding have seldom been discussed except in cases of hypotrichosis. We review the literature and present 5 cases with characteristic ocular signs of congenital cataract, macular cornea and retinopathy.
