布朗氏症候羣―兩病例報告
Brown's Syndrome-Two Cases Report
摘要
本篇報告兩例典型的、兩側性、先天性布朗氏症候群病例。一位是4歲的小妹妹，伴有下巴抬高的代償性不正常頭部姿勢，另一位也是4歲的小妹妹，也有代償性的頭都左傾，兩例經施行兩眼上斜肌腱鞘外肌腱切斷手術，術後追蹤六個月，不正常的代償性姿勢都得以改善且無任何併發症，情況良好。

Two cases of typical, bilateral, congenital Brown's syndrome were reported. One is a 4 years old girl with compensatory chin-up position. The other one is also a 4 years old girl with her head tilt to left side. They all received bilateral superior oblique tenotomy. After six months follow-up, abnormal head posture had disappeared without any complication. The result is good.
