Focal Intraretinal Periarteriolar Transudates (FIPTs) in Malignant Hypertensive Retinopathy-A Case Report
惡性高血壓之網膜內層動脈旁滲出液－病例報告
摘要
報告一個急性加速型之惡性高血壓病例，眼底可見暗白色點狀病變位於網膜深層，沿著網膜動脈及其分枝分佈。於螢光眼底血管攝影之動靜脈期。可見網膜深層有螢光滲漏點出現，於靜脈期，此等滲漏點可融合成較大的滲漏斑。這些發現與先前在彌猴身上實驗所引發之FIPTS所見相似。與輭性滲出斑，亦有相當明顯之區別。

A case with malignant hypertension is presented. The fundus revealed dull-white deep intraretinal punctate lesions along retinal arteries and their main branches. During arterio-venous phase fluorescein angiography showed deep intraretinal leaking spots, which fused into large patches in the late venous phase. These findings are compatible with FIPTs previously described in rhesus monkey and are in clear distinction from soft exudates.
