中心漿液性絡膜視網膜症的焦慮評量
Anxiety Survey in Central Serous Choriodoretinopathy
摘要
中心漿液性絡膜視網膜症的病因，到目前為止，還不是很清楚。我們用客觀精神科的Hamilton anxiety rating scale評量其與非中心漿液性絡膜視網膜症者的anxiety score，其score分別為14.4±8.1與5.9±4.8，在統計學上相當有差異。我們另外也討論一些問題；anxiety似乎在本論文中，可接受為中心漿液性絡膜視網膜症的病因之一。

29 of CSCR were collected in 1/2 years from June-Dec. 1985 & scored by Hamilton anxiety rating scale. Definitive high score is noted 14.4±8.1 vs. 5.9±4.8. Statistically anxiety is highly correlated but still can't be decided as the etiology. Clinically, other etiological causes have been claimed but without evidence. In this study, the anxiety hyposis seems to be acceptable. Further evaluation would be helpful in the future.
