Sturge-Weber症候羣中罕見之網膜血管變化
Unusual Retinal Vascular Changes in Sturge-Weber Syndrome
摘要
本文報告一病例，病人臉部兩側有焰色痣，單側青年型青光眼，並無明顯的脈絡膜變化，而網膜血管呈異常現象，包括血管擴張、扭曲，血管鞘及血管迥等。此外病人無癲癎病史或智能隙礙，頭部X光亦為正常。

A case of Sturge-Weber syndrome with unusual retinal vascular changes was described. This 32 years old female patient was associated with bilateral nevus flammeus, unilateral glaucoma but no evidence of choroidal hemangioma or other neurological symptoms. The main retinal vascular changes including tortuous retinal arteries and veins, vascular sheathing and loops in this case were rarely reported.
