視網膜下液體中游離氨基酸生化分析之初步報告
Initial Report of Biochemical Analysis of Free Amino Acid in the Subretinal Fluid
摘要
本報告選擇確定診斷為非外傷裂孔性視網膜剝離(Non-traumetic Rhegmatoenous Retinal Detachment)及視網膜下液體抽取過程中無血液污染(Blood Contamination)者共17人，男性9人，女性8人，平均年齡為49.5歲，視網膜剝離至視網膜下液體抽取的平均天數為12.59天。生化分析中顯示游離氨基酸中麥醴醯胺(Glutamine)之濃度與視網膜別離的時間達到顯著之相關。-Author's abstract。

More than 0.2 c.c. for subretinal fluid was taken from each of seventeen cases of non-traumatic rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, without blood contamination. The subretinal fluid was analysed by Biotronic Amino Acid Analyzer. Tryptophan was not found in subretinal fluid, but Glutamine concentration correlated with the duration of retinal detachment.
