梅毒性視神經束膜炎伴發先天性視神經睫狀分流
Syphilitic Optic Perineuritis and Congenital Optociliary Shunt
摘要
一62歲男性病患因右眼視乳頭水腫伴有視神經睫狀靜脈及正常視力而被懷疑忠有視神經鞘腦膜瘤。頭部及眼窩電腦斷層攝影為正常。六個月後，左眼視乳頭也呈現水腫，同時兩眼發生虹彩炎。血清及脊髓液之螢光螺旋體抗體吸附試驗呈陽性反應。本患者為一併發於神經梅毒之視神經束膜炎，其視神經睫狀靜脈經螢光血管攝影證實為先天性者。

A 62-year-old male who presented with normal visual acuity and right optic disc swelling with an optociliary vein was suspected to have optic nerve sheath meningioma. CT scan of the orbit was normal, Six months later he developed uveitis of both eyes and swelling of the left disc. A positive FTA-ABS was found in serum and CSF. This patient had optic perineuritis secondary to syphilis. The optociliary vein was proved to be congenital by fluorescein angiography.
