插管式淚囊鼻腔造瘻術
Intubational Dacryocystorhinostomy
摘要
本文收集42例施行淚囊鼻腔造瘻術的患眼。手術採用皮膚切開，縫合淚囊和鼻腔的前後葉粘膜瓣，其中少數患眼因淚囊要縮或手術時傷及粘膜，只縫合前葉，所有病例都例行使用矽管插管。對於術前未合併瀰漫性淚小管阻塞的鼻淚管阻塞病例，此方法可達95%成功率。

The external dacryocystorhinostomy with suturing of the anterior and posterior flaps of the nasal mucosa to the lacrimal sac and the routine use of a canalicular intubation silicone stent was performed on 42 eyes of nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Patients tolerated the silicone stent very well during the postoperative period. It is effective in treating nasolacrimal duct obstruction without severe canalicular resistance. We recommand the importance of the proper position of the osteostomy, identification and suturing of the mucosal flaps, placement of the silicone stent and proper hemostasis.
