氬氣雷射治療合併有血管增生的頑劣性侵蝕性角膜潰瘍－一例成功之病例報告
Argon Laser Photocoagulation Treatment of Intractable Rodent Corneal Ulcer-A Successful Case Report
摘要
病人為一個58歲的女性，於民國75年2月18日門診時，發現右眼鼻側有侵蝕性角膜潰瘍，無特定之微生物可被鑑別出來。在治療過程中使用多種抗生素及施行角鞏膜緣切除術處理，潰瘍呈現反覆緩解及轉劇，但在施行兩次的氬氣鐳射治療後，角膜潰瘍逐漸癒合，且在追蹤期間均不再復發。本文報告此病例的詳細病程以及治療經過，並提出討論。

A case of intractable rodent corneal ulcer treated successfully with argon laser photocoagulation is reported. This 58 year-old female patient suffered from corneal ulcer on the right eye since February 1986. The results of cultures including bacteria, fungus and vivus showed that no specific infectious microorganism was isolated. The clinical course showed remission and exacerbation in spite of treatment with various antibiotcs and other agents. Finally, this patient recieved argon laser photocoagulation treatment twice in February, 3rd and March, 17th, 1987. The corneal ulcer healed completely at last. There is no evidence of recurrence in the follow-up period.
