摘要
本篇為一七天大之女性嬰兒，主要症狀為溢淚及壓眼內皆下側有-10×12mm凸出之腫，經手指按摩治療一星期後，有白色似洋水狀物由左側鼻孔流出，而後病況良好。

Amniotocele is a rare congenital lacrimal system disease which shows a bulging tense mass over the lacrimal sac region with characteristics of blue-gray color, transillumination, no inflammatory signs, contents of mucous and serous substances. It should be differentiated from dacryocystitis, encephalocele and hemangioma. The mechanism is due to the obstruction of the Rosenmuller and Hasner valves. Digital massage can get good result in all cases. Rare cases might cause dacryocystitis, canthal deformity etc. These rare cases need probing and irrigation, CIS intubation, even dacryocystorhinostomy. We report a case who is 7 days old infant with a blue-gray mass, about l0×12mm in size over the lacrimal sac region since birth. One weeh after digital massage being done, the mass disappears. In six months following, the infant shows in good condition.
