本文乃對於台北市四所公立高中高職學生抽樣1000名做檢查,其中包括高中男生257名,高中女生283名,高職男生28名,高職女生180名。每名學生由一年級到三年級每年定期接定眼屈折狀態檢查,包括睫狀肌麻痺劑點眼後網膜檢影、及電腦驗光、角膜弧度、眼球軸長之測量。結果發現二年間,眼屈光度平均往近視方向進行0.5~0.7D,角膜弧度無明顯變化,眼球軸長增加0-0.3mm。在此階段,屈光度變化與角膜弧度無關,但與一年級時近視程度有正相關。高中高職或男生女生皆然。
This paper presents the results of longitudinal study on ocular refractions during two years follow up period among 1004 senior high school and vocational school students. We performed the cycloplegic refraction with skiascope and auto refractor then measured the corneal curvature and axial length of each patient yearly. The results showed that during this period the average dioptor change was -0.5~-0.7D, keratometric change was insignificant, and the axial length average increased no more than 0.4mm. There was no difference between senior high school and vocational school students on refraction change We also found that the more myopic the greater dioptor changes.
