玻璃體內Urokinase注射療法對玻璃體出血之治療
Intravitreal Urokinase in the Management of Vitreous Hemorrhage
摘要
對陳舊性玻璃體出血病例3例共3眼，使用24000國際單位urokinase做玻璃體內注射加以治療。 玻璃體混濁於術後完全吸收的有1例，僅餘輕微混濁的為2例，術後視力改善情形為著效2例，有效1例，結果顯出此種治療法對陳舊性玻璃體出血的治療是有效的。

Intravitreal injection of urokinase was used to treat 3 cases (3 eyes) with unsolved vitreous hemorrhage of 8 to 66 months' duration. Vitreous hemorrhage started to become transparent one and half months after the operation and followed by gradual improvement. Complete resolution of vitreous opacity resulted in 1 eye and considerable improvement was evident in 2 eyes. This study shows intravitreal urokinase is an effective and safe procedure in the management of unsolved vitreous hemorrhage.
