造成人工水晶體度數計算之誤差的主要因素為不正確眼軸長及角膜曲度之測量。本文主要是研究術前及術後之角膜曲度對人工水晶體度數計算之影響。我們採用了SRK Ⅱ人工水晶體度數之計算公式來預估術後之屈光狀態。我們發覺手術前後角膜曲度變化量較大或術後散光較高的病患群中,其預測的人工水晶體度數亦有較大的誤差。
The errors of intraocular lens power calculation may be caused by inaccurate axial length measurement or unstable keratometric reading. In this study, the preoperative and postoperative keratometric measurement were compared to detect the possible factors involving changes of corneal curvature. These data were used to calculate the error of predicted postoperative refraction with SRKII intraocular lens power formulas. We had found that the error of predicted refraction may present with cases of large deviation between the preoperative and the postoperative keratometric measurement, or high corneal astigmatism.
