Pattern Visual Evoked Potentials with Checkerboard Random-Dot Stereograms and Correlograms

以西洋棋盤亂點立體圖及相關圖作視覺誘發電位

摘要


亂點圖以立體鏡模式展示於兩台Apple-Ⅱ顯示器產生雙眼視覺。我們試圖分離立體覺特異性之誘發電位。除了亂點立體圖展示西洋棋盤圖形反轉之外,我們設計了各種對照組。其中包括一眼所見固定不動,只由另一眼亂點圖引發立體覺的立體圖;西洋棋盤不反轉,亦即立體覺不改變之亂點圖之反轉;互補亂點圖之反轉;相關圖之誘發電位等等。我們除了記錄雙眼同時刺激之誘發電位外,也作只有單眼刺激的對照組。並以凸透鏡去除高空間頻率的情況記錄誘發發電位。共測試8個人,結果各人之間差異性極大。另一特殊發現是互補之亂點圖反轉會誘發高波輻之電位,無論在單眼或雙眼刺激皆然。

Random dot patterns constructed with Apple-Ⅱ+ compatible micro-computer were displayed on two monitors to induce binocular vision. Checkerboard flicker or stand still, fine dots reversals and snowstorms were all involved in these patterns. VEPs with monocular controls and convex lens blurring were compared with those of binocular stereo perceptions. Eight subjects showed prominent individual variations. Fine dots reversal induced marked high amplitude both monocularly and binocularly.
