兔眼虹彩睫狀體之多巴胺受器同位素標幟物的研究

摘要


多巴胺對前眼部尤其是眼壓的作用尚未有一致的結論,因其作用的複雜,故有待進一步研究的必要,所以本文以兔于的虹彩睫狀體與瑩光顯微鏡觀察其多巴胺神經的反應再以同位素酵素的測定檢測多巴胺的含量,最後再以同位素標幟物來探討多巴胺第一型(DA-1)及第二型(DA-2)受體存在情形。其結果為在兔眼的虹彩睫狀體內確有多巴胺神經的存在,且其受體主要為多巴胺第一型(DA-1)受體為主。

Role of dopamine in the iris-ciliary body was investigated in the rabbits. Presence of dopaminergic nerves is histologically identified through fluoro-microscopic observation. Con tent of dopamine, determined by radioenzymatic assay, is higher than that of opinephrine but is closed to the level of norepinephrine, (the concentration of dopamine in the iris ciliary body are 80.64±3.35pg/mg protein, norepinephrine are 76.68±5.75pg/mg protein and epinephine are 64.76±2.24pg/mg protein). Dopamine receptor binding study in the iris-ciliary body cell membranes by radioactive SCH 23390 and N-0437 indicated that the presence of DA-1 receptors but there was no specific binding for DA-2 receptors. The obtained results suggest that dopamine is presented in rabbit iris-ciliary body mainly through the activation of DA-1 receptors.
