角膜鏡攝影術之臨床應用
The Clinical Application of Photokeratoscopy
摘要
兹介紹一種角膜鏡攝影術(photokeratoscopy)。角膜攝影機(photokeratoscope)目前已被廣泛應用在角膜疾病之診斷及角膜手術後之評估。它可觀察角膜更大的區域，量取角膜中央及周邊之弧度，更可評估手術引起之散光。向於其價格便宜，操作方便，且可裝置在裂隙燈上，應可推廣使用。本診所收集近視手術術後，角膜移植術後，圓錐角膜、角膜潰瘍、眼翼、順散光、逆散光等病例之角膜鏡攝影圖(photokeratogram)以供參考。

The analysis of corneal reflections is widely employed to assess astigmatic arrors, corneal power, and corneal surface contour. There is also increasing use of keratoscopy in the evaluation of corneal changes following penetrating keratoplasty, refractive surgery, and other anterior segment surgery. Today's machines tend to be bulky and expensive. The availability of a low cost, slit-lamp-compatible photokeratoscope will lead to an increased appreciation of the utility of photokeratoscopy in the diagnosis and documentation of corneal disease.
