異體鞏膜移植治癒深度鞏膜潰瘍－病例報告
Deep Scleral Ulcer Treated with Scleral Homograft-A Case Report
摘要
56歲女性，左眼鼻顳兩側翼狀贅片切除後，造成深部鞏膜潰瘍(Scleral ulcer)，以異體鞏膜瓣移植(Scleral homograft)，及同側結膜瓣移植。結果顳側生長良好，而鼻側縫合線脫落，結膜瓣裂開，裸露之鞏膜移植片融蝕(melting)，再一次手術清除鼻側壞死組織，以對側健康眼之結膜瓣移植於異體鞏膜上，結果良好。

We reported a case with Grade Ⅲ scleral ulcer after pterygium excision. Ulcer in the nasal and temporal sides of L't eye. We treated with scleral and conjunctival flap transplantation, and result is good. Modical treatments were applied initially for controlling infection. Three days later, these ulcers were treated with scleral homograft, ipsilateral conjunctival autograft transplantation. Unfortunately nasal side conjunctival flap laceration and melting was noted, two days later. Debridement and contralateral conjunctival autograft was done again. Follow up for 6 months, transplantational area is well and visual acuity was recovery.
