結膜皮脂瘤合併鞏膜上骨性迷行瘤―病例報告
Episcleral Osseous Choristoma in Conjunctival Dermolipoma-A Case Report
摘要
本文報告一結膜皮脂瘤合併鞏膜上骨性迷行瘤之特殊病例。結膜皮脂瘤與鞏膜上骨性迷行瘤約為眼表迷行瘤之一種，一般它們都單獨存在，查諸以往文獻，此兩種眼表迷行瘤同時合併發生之病例實屬罕見。本病例為中外之第三例，特此提出報告！

Conjunctival dermolipoma and Episcleral osseous choristoma are two different types of epibulbar choristomas. They are congenital, benign lesions that usually happened in the eyes which are otherwise normal. The incidence of coexistence of these two types of tumor is extremely rare. The case we reported here is the third case in the literatures.
