Clinical Pathological Correlative Report of Metastatic Intraocular Tumor
轉移性眼內腫瘤之臨床病理相關報告
摘要
一位五十八歲男性主訴兩星期前，突然感到左眼視力模糊，我們在其左眼內發現一眼內腫瘤。經過一系列檢查，包括皮膚切片、電腦斷層、磁振照影及眼球組織病理化驗。結果，此眼內腫瘤被證實為是從遠處轉移來的腺癌。在磁振照影中(Magnetic Resonance Image, MRI)，T1 weighted image顯示腫瘤為中度信號，而周圍的視網膜下積液為高信號；T2 weighted image顯示腫瘤仍為中度信號，而周圍的視網膜下積液為高信號。磁振照影中之呈像與病理上之發現極為吻合，因此我們特別報告其臨床發現與組織病理間的相關性。

An Intraocular tumor was found in tile left eye of a 58-year-old male with chief complaint of sudden onset of blurred vision for one week. A series of studies including skin biospy, CT, Magnetic Resonance Image (MRI) and histopathological examination were performed. Subsequently, the nature of the intraocluar tumor was proved to be adenocarcinoma originated from distant metastasis. Herein, we presented the clinical findings and its pathological correlation. The Magnetic Resonance Image on T1 and T2 weighted images revealed a moderate-signal tumor mass and surrounding high-signal subretinal effusion, which was cotresponding to the histopathological findings.
