糖尿病視綱膜病變之玻璃體螢光光度計检查
Vitreous Fluorophotometry in Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy
摘要
利用玻璃體螢光光度計来讕估各種不同程度糖尿病視綱膜病變的血液綱膜栅的機能，測量其後部玻璃體螢光素濃度和玻璃體穿透比率指数，结果顯示出背景性糖尿病视綱膜病變患者和正常人於统計學上不呈差異，前增殖性糖尿病视綱膜病變和增殖性糖尿病视惘膜病燮患者皆呈现明顺的增加，尤其後者更爲明顯，此研究顯示出綱膜病變愈嚴重時，血液綱膜栅機能的破壤也更明顯。

We performed vitreous fluorophotometry in 36 eyes of diabetic subjects and in 10 eyes of normal healthy persons. In the diabetic patients, background diabetic retinopathy was present in 9 eyes, preproliferative diabetic retinopathy in 17 eyes and proliferative diabetic retinopathy in 10 eyes. Both posterior vitreous fluorescein concentration and vitreous penetration ratio were assessed. In eyes with background diabetic retinopathy, the values did not significantly differ from those in normla subjects. The values were significantly high in eyes with preproliferative diabetic retinopathy or proliferative diabetic retinopathy. The results showed the breakdown of blood-retinal barrier appeared to get worse wills the progression of diabetic retinopathy.
